As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
Directs the business, technical and clinical support activities of a Anesthesiology. In conjunction with the Administration and the Physician Leader, oversees administrative functions of the department including operations, marketing, facilities, finance, human resources, and planning and development.
This position requires a four year college degree in business administration, nursing or a similar field; 7 years progressively responsible clinic/healthcare management experience; proven proficiency in financial management, which includes compressive understanding of insurance plans as they relate to physician practice; the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and concisely to a variety of audiences; and strong Human Resources skills. Advanced degree preferred.
