The HRIS Applications Manager is responsible for defining requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and coordination of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related applications. This job facilitates efficient operations to meet current and future business needs. Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent.
- 7+ years of HRIS/Human Resources or other relevant experience (e.g., IT); Prefer at least 3 years of ORACLE experience; supervisory experience desirable; strong SQL query skills preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, and aptitude for detail, required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent activities required.
- Strong project management and influence skills required in managing complex, multi-disciplinary efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required in interactions with all levels of VM staff, and vendors. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Familiarity with health care environment preferred.
