Implements strategies and actions to attract and evaluate candidates, and delivers pre-qualified candidates for interview. Acquires knowledge of client business challenges, team culture, required skills and accomplishment profiles to create candidate networks and pipelines for long-term hires. Builds and manages effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR and vendors driving recruitment process from approved requisition to hire.
Qualifications
- Five plus years related experience is required for this position, preferrably recruiting physicians and advanced clinical practioners.
- Also required are demonstrated excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, a working knowledge of recruiting practices and law, and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a high volume work load; builds relationships on trust and follow-through.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and maintaining collaborative, customer-oriented relationships with client managers, HR colleagues, and community organizations and schools required.
- Is naturally curious about others; procatively seeks out talent and demonstrates influence and counseling skills.
- MS Office Professional, database technology, application tracking systems, Internet savvy.
Preferred: A four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
