Supports the recruiting process by providing administrative support to a team of Recruiters. Posts open positions internally and externally, oversees relationship details with Internet posting site vendors and submits content to internal employment portal; maintains requisition log and posts new requisitions into database; acts as recruiter backup for candidate communication or information via phone or in person, performs data entry of inbound candidate resumes, ensures integrity of candidate data, and acts as team liaison for applicant tracking system changes/updates/training; supports the interview process with distribution of resumes, candidate interview logistics, prepares offers of employment; is responsible for tracking and monthly reporting of productivity statistics for the group; and maintains the team resource library.


Qualifications

  • This position requires five years progressively responsible related work experience, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
  • This position also requires a basic understanding of human resources procedures, practices, policies and laws, demonstrated customer service, and effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • The incumbent must have the demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and prioritize a high volume work load, and function independently.
  • Demonstrated data entry skills and software knowledge (MS Office) are required for this position.
  • Experience with complex interview schedules and Taleo (or similar) Applicant Tracking Software strongly preferred.
